Irwell Works Brewery: Marshmallow Unicorn Milk Stout

4.4% Brewed with 100% British hops it is a stout containing lactose, a sugar derived from milk. This adds a sweetness and body to the session strength beer.

Deeply Vale Brewery : Citra Storm
A pleasant session ale, bursting with flavours of lemon & grapefruit.


2013

Deeply Vale Brewery : DV8 Stout Wi’ Clout
A moreishly delicious breakfast stout. Thick and creamy, like silk in a glass. Roasted malts, slightly sweet, moderately bitter, suggestions of coffee, chocolate & licorice.

A cheeky little number containing ginger, cinnamon and treacle.

Saltaire Brewery : Madagascan Ale
A pale, hoppy beer full of tropical fruit flavours and aromas including guava and pineapple.


2011

Irwell Works Brewery : Three Bad Shepherds
Inspired by The Bad Shepherds this is a light winter ale in the Scottish style with a nutty flavour and long caramel aftertaste.


2010

Irwell Works Brewery : Copper Plate
A new brewery in 2010, Bury Beer Festival was Ramsbottom’s Irwell Works Brewery’s first festival and their first win. Copper Plate is a traditional copper coloured bitter with complex bitterness with a strong hop character.
